- Led commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) software development
and quality assurance departments for billion dollar
international market leader in printing technology. Provided
functional, architectural, and technical consulting to product
management, sales, support, professional services and
marketing. Accountable for MIS COTS release planning with
multi-application suite integration and QA. Supervised
international virtual teams comprised of 13 direct reports with
over 200 indirect staff members.
- Provided general management oversight for physical office
building including renovation, re-organization, maintenance
facilitation, events planning, and building issue resolution.
- Led system development projects for major insurance
subsidiary of General Electric, including application design and
development, service delivery and IT infrastructure. Oversee
project system development life cycles (SDLC) and ensure
compliance with all requirements and standards for design,
development, integration, QA, reporting, and monitoring.
